About Lakshmi
Thank you for taking the time to get to know me.
I have been practicing Yoga for the past 13 years. I did my 200-hour YTT in 2017-2018. Over the years, my practice evolved from a daily workout to a life-changing experience. I love Vinyasa flow and practice and teach Hatha, Yin, Pranayama (Breathwork), and Meditation. Yogic philosophy is about self-discipline, integrity, love, and compassion; I don’t see it as different from Buddhism or Stoicism.
I consider myself a student for life. I am curious about people, which makes me a psychology nerd. I love reading and learning new things. My life is more meaningful because of the people I am surrounded by. My son and my husband are my lifeline. My mom and siblings are my foundation. My huge extended family always has my back. My friends are gifts from the universe.
I believe Yoga can improve the quality of our lives if we work with intention and commitment. In time, we will find all the answers through self-inquiry.
